Terms of use

The agreement between you and ThinkFE when you use the site, create an account or buy access.

Last updated

ThinkFE has not launched yet and purchases are not open. This page describes how ThinkFE will work when they open. Anything that changes before then will be updated here, with the date above.

Who we are

ThinkFE (thinkfe.dev) is an online, text-first course for frontend engineers, run by an individual based in India. “We” means ThinkFE. You can reach us at [email protected].

Using ThinkFE

By using the site you agree to these terms. You can read the curriculum and free preview lessons without an account. Paid lessons need an account with active access.

Your account

  • You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that email address, as it is how you sign in.
  • An account is for one learner and can be signed in on one device at a time. Signing in on a new device signs out the previous one.
  • Do not share your account or your sign-in links. We may end sessions or suspend an account that is being shared.

What you buy

  • You buy access to a course, or to all courses, for the period shown with the price at checkout (for example one year), or for life where a lifetime price is offered.
  • Access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. See the delivery policy.
  • Access ends at the end of the period. Nothing is charged automatically: to keep access, you buy a new period.
  • The course is growing: we may add, improve or reorganise lessons during your access period. We do not promise a release date for lessons that are not published yet.

Prices and payment

The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Payments are processed by a payment provider; we never see or store your full card or bank details. The provider will be named in the privacy policy before purchases open.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds, except when something went wrong with the payment itself. See the refund policy.

Acceptable use

  • Use ThinkFE for your own learning.
  • Do not copy, publish, sell or share lesson content, or make it available to people without their own access.
  • Do not try to get around access controls, overload the site, or collect content with automated tools.
  • We may suspend or end access that breaks these rules, without a refund.

Content

The lessons, diagrams, exercises and code on ThinkFE belong to ThinkFE. Buying access gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own learning during your access period.

No guarantees

ThinkFE teaches frontend system design. It does not guarantee a job, an interview result or any other outcome. We work to keep the content accurate and the site available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. Changes do not reduce access you have already paid for.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
