Delivery policy

ThinkFE has not launched yet and purchases are not open. This page describes how ThinkFE will work when they open. Anything that changes before then will be updated here, with the date above.

How you receive the course

• ThinkFE is delivered only online, on thinkfe.dev. There are no physical goods and no shipping.
• When your payment is confirmed, access is added to the ThinkFE account for the email address used at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
• You read the course in your browser while signed in. We also email you a sign-in link, so you can sign in on another device later.

How long access lasts

Access lasts for the period shown with the price you chose (for example one year), or for life where a lifetime price is offered. It starts when your payment is confirmed. See the terms of use.

If access does not appear

If your payment went through but the paid lessons are still locked after an hour, email [email protected] with your account email address and the payment reference. We reply within 2 working days and fix it, or refund the payment if we cannot (see the refund policy).
